"Skyrocketing Prices"
I've been a Cincopa user for six years, and just recently, I got an email stating they’ve stopped accepting Paypal. This means I’ll have to enter my credit card info. On top of that, they’ve altered the Corporate package limits from unlimited photos to just 3000, which means I’ll need to move up to the Enterprise package. My previous annual fee was $1428, but now it’s jumping to $5,040 for about 10,000 images to display on my sites.

The folks running this company clearly don’t understand how to treat loyal customers who pay on time.

While the platform itself is solid, you’ll end up pouring a ton of time and energy into it, only to find the rules keep changing on you.

And don’t even get me started on customer service; they hardly ever get back to you when you reach out.

"I wish I could rate Cincopa lower..."
I wish I could rate Cincopa lower than one star. Seriously, steer clear of this company. For four months, I've been trying to get in touch with a manager after they hit us with a bill exceeding $1,000, and we don’t even have anything on their platform. Can you believe it? No one ever calls back. You can't reach anyone by phone. It's just the worst.

"Caution: This is a scam."
The so-called unlimited plan is just a falsehood. At random times, they take out hefty fees without your approval, claiming there's excessive data usage. Plus, you can't just pull out whenever you want. Seriously, steer clear of this.

"Unlimited Plan? Watch Out for Extra Charges - Total Scam"
I've been with these folks since November 2016 and have always settled my bills promptly. In October 2018, I decided to upgrade to the Corporate plan. When I checked their site to compare plans, it said the Corporate Plan offers Images - Unlimited (the max number of image files you can keep on your account at any time). So, when I got a bill for $885.68 for exceeding my image limit, you can bet I was not happy.

I took a look at my account and saw I was using Image: 9268/unlimited, which seemed fine to me. But they claim it breaches their fair usage policy, which is set at 3000 images. To me, that ain't unlimited.

What’s worse, this isn’t mentioned anywhere on their site. Their system works great, but their business practices are pretty questionable.

You’ll feel trapped since you’ve put in a lot of time on their platform. Now, they want to charge me an extra $924 a year just to have up to 15,000 images, and it still says unlimited. That’s on top of the $1416 I’m already paying.

I’d seriously think twice before going with this company because they just can’t be trusted.

"From Partnership to Trial in Just Six Months"
About six months back, our crew was on the hunt for a hosting solution to manage a ton of videos. We were after a service that offered a solid deal for unlimited video uploads.

Finding such a service is no walk in the park, but we were genuinely impressed by Cincopa's proposal. They switched us from a corporate plan to a brand-new, truly unlimited tariff at a reasonable price.

Things started off pretty smoothly, though our clients from the CIS region faced some access issues, and a few videos took ages to process, especially the larger ones, which were slow to download.

Fast forward six months, and suddenly they began charging us three times the original amount. We were caught off guard, having received no heads-up about any changes to the pricing or terms.

After two weeks of back-and-forth with their support team, they assured me a manager would reach out. I waited another two weeks, only to be fed lies about how they had already been in touch.

When I finally spoke with the manager, we couldn't strike any deal. They insisted we pay the standard corporate rate, claiming it wasn't worth their while to work with us otherwise.

Now, we've had to bring in our lawyers and are preparing to file a fraud complaint against Cincopa.

Cincopa misled us with their initial offer and altered the terms without any notice. Their support and management can keep you strung along for weeks or even months, and it won't lead to any resolution.

I'd strongly recommend steering clear of Cincopa, especially if you're part of a larger organization.

"Total Rip-off! No way to cancel and no replies."
I can't really comment on the platform itself, since the person on my team who signed up bailed out the very next week. Since then, we've been trying to get rid of the service, but it’s impossible. They ignore emails and don’t respond to any of the messages I’ve left on their social media. The charges keep piling up for a service we haven’t even touched.
I’ve seen a bunch of others saying the same thing, so it looks like this is a well-planned scam.
Now, I’m stuck having to change my credit card info because there’s just no way to cancel.

I’ve noticed a lot of others saying the same thing, so it looks like this is a well-planned scam.

"Truly Impressed!"
I gotta say, I'm really blown away by the variety of audio and video player templates your crew has put together. The designs are fantastic, and the range is just remarkable. Personally, I’d suggest Cincopa to my fellow voiceover pals who could really use it as a 'demo' player for showcasing our work on our websites in this field, thanks to the extensive options and the simple upload process.

"Cincopa is super user-friendly and..."
I really dig how intuitive Cincopa is; it’s a breeze to navigate. Setting up my gallery was a snap. The analytics tools work wonders for making sure your content gets noticed. I recently stumbled upon the Video Portal, and I’m using it to record a screencast, and let me tell ya, the results have been fantastic so far.

"Not What I Signed Up For: Unlimited Photos Misleading"
Back in 2014, I forked out $99 for the Unlimited Photos For Life deal. This was supposed to cover:

- Unlimited traffic (just for photos)
- Unlimited storage (again, for photos)
- Premium skins for photos and slideshows
- Removal of the 'Powered By Cincopa' branding
- One domain
- Team features
- Analytics tools
- Premium support available 7x5, via email only

I paid for this service, but now my account is locked, and I can't upload any more photos. Even though my plan promised unlimited storage, I'm being told that I've hit my storage limit. I should be able to access what I paid for, no matter what changes they made to the policy. If I paid for a service, I expect to get what I was promised.

"Support team fails to resolve issues"
I can't recommend this service to anyone. They’re total scam artists! First off, they give you wrong info about their pricing plans. Then, after you pay for the plan you picked, you find out you can’t use it because you get a message saying you’ve hit your upload limits, even though you haven’t used it at all. When you reach out to their support, they just say, "yep, that’s our policy." And if you ask for a refund, they hit you with the same line that it’s against their rules! Seriously, this is messed up! You’re the most unreliable service I’ve ever dealt with! You charge extra fees and seem to enjoy it! Even without grasping the situation, you keep sending the same response five times about how refunds go against your policies! What a bunch of charlatans! I’ll never suggest anyone use this service!

"A company to watch out for"
Watch out for them changing the rules post-purchase... After trying to get me to upgrade multiple times, they slapped a traffic limit on me. Now, every month, my content gets cut off after about 10 days.

"Overpriced and Lousy Support"
This plugin is not great, and the support is lacking. It's way too pricey for what you get. It tends to crash once or twice each month. Honestly, there are plenty of better alternatives available for free or at a much lower cost.
